Explore Morrow Pines
Night Errand's appeal is a mysterious world with solvable mysteries. Humans and monsters live in a perfect harmony with each other yet like any small town there are secrets lingering between the citizens. Sage and Nur will learn to understand each other better by solving the problems of the people around them first.
Combine the right clues
Sage and Nur both have biased world views. By helping them fill their clue inventories both bring their own perspective to the table to puzzle together who committed the crime.
'Rethink' your evidence
In between finding clues and interrogating people the player is tasked to return to their coffee shop to mix drinks for waiting customers. It’s the perfect time to relax and unwind and potentially ‘rethink’ the evidence you have collected.

Night Errand’s identity is built on two pillars: a striking, illustrative art style and a commitment to emotionally meaningful storytelling.
Visually, the game draws from American Realism and the works of artists like Edward Hopper, using light, shadow, and composition to evoke atmosphere and unspoken tension. This creates a world that feels lived-in and intimate — a suburban noir space where every room, every prop, and every face tells a story.
Narratively, Night Errand focuses on empathy over spectacle: mysteries aren’t just about uncovering clues but understanding people. We explore themes of connection, vulnerability, and the quiet pressures that hold communities together or push them apart. Every character has depth, a past, and emotional stakes that matter.
The result is a detective experience where the art and story work hand-in-hand to create a grounded, human, and emotionally resonant adventure.
